As a Class A CDL Driver based in Charlotte, NC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods across various routes within the United States. • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience operating Class A commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and hours‑of‑service rules.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening and background checks.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy loads and extended periods of driving.

• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and GPS navigation systems.
• Familiarity with regional routes in and around Charlotte, NC, and the broader United States.
• Previous experience in freight handling, including loading and securing cargo.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Additional endorsements such as Hazmat, Tanker, or Doubles/Triples.

• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over long and short distances.
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and delivery records in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Communicate proactively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and address any transportation issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly to management.
