- Synchronize logistics with contracted transportation providers, overseeing orderly boarding sequences and delivering professional briefings on tour itineraries and safety protocols.
- Maintain real-time oversight of tour progress, serving as the contact for guest inquiries and implementing immediate corrective actions for any logistical issues or incidents.
- Partner with Guest Services to optimize park revenue by identifying upselling opportunities and providing consultations on available tour packages.
