Additionally, this individual should have a desire to be paid, in part, based on objective measures of job performance. This job periodically requires long hours and a willingness to work hard to achieve the goals of the team.
- The pilot will report directly to the Chief Pilot.
- Perform Part 91 duties domestic and international as a flight crew member.
- Assist the Chief Pilot in maintaining and updating SOP’s, aircraft manuals, and amenities on board the aircraft.
- ATP/Multi Comm
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Must have at least 2 years corporate aviation experience.
- Experience in the Challenger 300 preferred.
- Must meet requirements in accordance with ICAO Annex 1 standards for international flight operations eligibility.
- Must be willing to live within 1 hour of KCLT
