CDL-A Heavy Haul Driver — Home Nearly Every Weekend | $1,250–$2,000/Week

If you're tired of slip-seating, unpredictable schedules, and dispatchers who don't call back — this is different. At Yarbrough, you get a permanently assigned, late-model truck (Mack, Western Star, Freightliner), a set rotation of 2 days off for every 5 worked, and home 95%+ of weekends, guaranteed.
What you'll haul:Oversize/overweight equipment, machinery, and industrial freight on double drop, single drop, and RGN trailers — up to 13-axle, 150,000 lb loads across the Southeast.
Pay:$1,250–$2,000/week (28% of load + accessorials) | 600–2,000 miles/week
You choose how you're paid:- Salary by axle: 5–6 axle $65,000 7-axle $70,200 8-axle $75,400 per year.
- Weekly pay averages $1,300 - $2,600 depending on axles with commissions
- Or commission: 28% of line-haul plus 28% on accessorials (tarping, detention, stop charges) — strong runners can out-earn the salary
- $1,000/week orientation pay ($200/day
) while you train, plus a hotel option - $80/week per diem quarterly safety bonus ($250/quarter) end-of-year bonus based on tenure.
