Class A Commercial Driver Entry Level

We are seeking safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career rather than just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and  believe in pay transparency and rewarding hard work.

Guaranteed income:
Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.

Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.

Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, as well as layover pay and breakdown compensation.

Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.

Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

The position is based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and covers predictable regional lanes east of I-35. Drivers are home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

Equipment:
Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Assignment policy:
Strict no-slip-seating policy.

Driver amenities:
All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.

Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.

Rider and pet programs:
Available from the first day.

Qualifications and requirements

License:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).Driving record:
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT medical card.

Experienced route:
At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.

Entry-level route:
Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.Stop relying on unpredictable miles and unpaid warehouse delays.
