CDL A OTR Truck Driver - Regular Charlotte, NC

Overview

We are hiring a CDL-A OTR Truck Driver for long haul positions in Charlotte, NC. The role offers predictable pay and schedules, top-notch equipment, and 24/7 support.

• Base pay $1,375-$1,650 per week.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid in equal weekly installments over the first 39 weeks, starting by June 5, 2026.
• Additional $0.05 per mile for 2,500+ miles driven per week.
• Additional $0.05 per mile for deliveries in MD, PA, NJ, and DE.
• Additional $0.07 per mile for deliveries in NY and above.
• Yearly pay increases and guaranteed increases for 2,500-3,000 miles per week.
• Minimum one week out (34-48 hour reset at home weekly).
• Detention and breakdown pay available.
• 100% no-touch freight for our drivers.
• Consistent and familiar freight lanes; NY and above lanes are not required.
• Dedicated customers.

• Valid CDL A license.
• At least nine (9) months of verifiable Class A experience within the last three (3) years.
• Experience with dry van, reefer, container, flatbed, and/or tanker.
• Consistent Class A driving experience.
• Safe driving record.
