Our client is an established, family-owned luxury chauffeur and ground transportation provider based in Scotland with over 60 years of operation. Operating 24/7/365, the business manages local executive travel across Scotland alongside international ground logistics delivered through a global network of partner suppliers.

We are seeking a calm, detail-oriented Operations Controller
- Overnight Coordinator based in the Philippines to cover overnight operational shifts (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM UK time / 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT).

Working a 4-days-on, 4-days-off rotating schedule, you will serve as the primary operational contact during night hours. You will handle incoming inquiries, manage driver schedule adjustments due to flight delays, coordinate with overseas partners, and complete routine back-office admin during quiet periods.

• Overnight Dispatch & Inquiry Management: Serve as the first point of contact for late-night calls and emails between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM UK time. Provide quotations, process bookings, and resolve last-minute travel disruptions.
• Flight Tracking & Schedule Re-Allocation: Actively track passenger flight status. Re-allocate local chauffeurs/cars or notify international partner suppliers to adjust pickup schedules when flight delays or cancellations occur.
• Overseas Partner Coordination: Liaise directly with global affiliate networks to confirm driver details, vehicle specs, and itinerary updates for international bookings.
• Quiet-Hour Operational Admin: Utilize lower-volume windows (typically 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM) to handle core back-office administrative tasks, including chauffeur overtime calculations

• Shift Handover: Prepare detailed handover logs for the incoming 8:00 AM morning dispatch team to ensure all active delays and early-morning movements are seamlessly transferred.

• Numerical & Admin Aptitude: Comfortable working with basic spreadsheets, processing time-tracking calculations (overtime), and performing basic bank reconciliations.
• Composure Under Pressure: Calm, methodical mindset capable of resolving flight delays and schedule conflicts independently.
• Shift Availability: Full commitment to working 12-hour overnight shifts (3:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT) on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off pattern.
