The Customer Experience Associate delivers exceptional customer service while supporting branch sales enablement and warehouse operations. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring accurate order processing, strong lead management, CRM/ERP discipline, and a smooth, professional customer experience.
This is not a desk-only position. The role requires frequent, hands‑on physical work in a warehouse environment, including lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities- Assist customers at the counter, phone, and email
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and warranty claims
- Triage and route inbound leads; track follow‑ups in CRM/ERP
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Support sales documentation and quote‑to‑order coordination
- Pick, pack, receive, and stock inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe showroom and warehouse
- Receive and unload shipments (multiple skids at a time)
- Manually lift and move:
- Spools of wire
- Cases of equipment
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders
- Stock inventory on shelving
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with general branch operations as needed
- Full time availability for 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in both customer‑facing and warehouse environments
- Detail‑oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Frequently lift 40–70 lbs
- Move and shelve heavy equipment manually
