Ship​/Rec Clerk

Job Summary

Roberts Poly Pro, a division of Pro Mach, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to accurately process orders for shipment and receive materials against purchase orders. The position reports to the Purchasing Manager and will work at the Charlotte, North Carolina office.

• Prepare items for shipment and maintain shipping logs and records.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing lists, and specifications.
• Generate shipping documentation such as bills of lading and packing lists.
• Track inventory and order processing using computer systems, primarily Syteline ERP.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and warehouse staff to prepare daily shipments.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance and restrict unauthorized access to loading docks.
• Move and tag parts to appropriate locations; record inventory movements.
• Manage equipment job carts for assembly, assign parts, and close outside processing jobs.
• Perform inventory cycle counts daily and full physical counts as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with warehouse procedures and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Syteline.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and team members.
