We're seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily inventory and order fulfillment operations while leading a team of warehouse associates. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, coaching team members, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support a bilingual team of warehouse associates in daily inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure inventory is received, stored, picked, and staged accurately and efficiently.
- Coach employees on productivity, quality, safety, and company procedures while fostering a positive team environment.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, damaged merchandise, and order fulfillment issues.
- Ensure team members properly utilize handheld barcode scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) technology.
- Promote and enforce all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate daily operations with supervisors and other departments to achieve production and customer service goals.
- Assist with hands-on warehouse duties and safely operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Track team performance and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are required.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Lead Associate, or Warehouse Supervisor preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, inventory, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
- Experience using handheld barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently bend, squat, reach, and carry merchandise.
- Work safely in a warehouse environment.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
