Warehouse Lead

Hourly Rate: $29-32

Overview: The Warehouse Lead will assist the warehouse supervisor/manager with daily warehouse operations as a hands‑on leader of warehouse associates.

• Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the warehouse to ensure work targets are met.
• Receive and store materials and supplies.
• Enter received items into SAP.
• Pull stock to fulfill customer orders using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Be responsible for the branch On‑Time Delivery performance and reporting.
• Prepare paperwork including shipping labels, quality documents, and instructions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure quality compliance.
• Lead daily cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Assist with EIS safety and compliance policy procedure documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
• All other duties assigned and required.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of general warehouse experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of demonstrated staff leadership and motivation experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Ability to effectively use computer systems to record materials received and shipped.
• Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations.
• Comfort facilitating meetings and communicating with leadership.
