Warehouse Associate

Description

Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a hands‑on role with a growing company? We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team! As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operation running smoothly by receiving products, maintaining inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring our customers receive the right parts on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy
• Stock products in the correct locations and maintain warehouse organization
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support other warehouse areas and projects as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions
• Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move products up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including temperature changes and typical warehouse conditions
