** Position Summary*
* Kelly® is seeking experienced Forklift Operators and Material Handlers for opportunities throughout the Greater Charlotte Area.
These positions support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and order-fulfillment operations. Candidates should have recent experience operating one or more types of powered industrial equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

** Responsibilities*
* + Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
+ Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
+ Receive, inspect, and stage incoming products
+ Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
+ Move and store materials throughout the warehouse
+ Follow all safety, quality, and productivity procedures
** Equipment Experience*
* Qualified candidates may have experience operating one or more of the following:
+ Sit-down forklift
+ Stand-up reach truck
+ Cherry picker or order picker
+ Previous forklift, material-handling, warehouse, or distribution experience
+ Recent experience operating warehouse equipment is strongly preferred
+ Ability to use an RF scanner or warehouse inventory system
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Availability for first-shift schedules beginning between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
+ Flexibility to work overtime when required
** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
+ Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the assignment
+ Ability to work in warehouse environments that may not be climate-controlled
** Compensation*
* The hourly pay rate ranges from **$18.00 to $21.00 before taxes and deductions** . The final pay rate will depend on the assignment, client location, equipment requirements, and the candidate's experience.
