1st Shift General Warehouse associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.

• Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders, or manage organizing and retrieving stock.

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.

• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

• Report any discrepancies, safety concerns, or quality issues to the supervisor.

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Assist in other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker preferred.

• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery is a plus.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to [X] lbs).

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.

• Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
