Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience working with equipment, construction, warehouse, or outdoor labor is helpful but not required. Valid driver's license required.
Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
Job Duties:
Assist service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel with daily operations Clean, power wash, inspect, and prepare rental equipment for customer use Load and unload equipment from trucks and assist with deliveries and returns Check returned equipment for damage, fuel levels, mileage, and hours of operation Build modular equipment and assist with painting steel plates and beams Verify safety decals, compliance requirements, and equipment functionality Demonstrate equipment operation for customers and answer basic inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support customer service efforts by greeting customers and providing assistance as needed
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Climb on and around heavy equipment regularly Work outdoors in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments Ability to wear required PPE, including a respirator and hearing protection when necessary
