$16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Looking for Equipment Associate jobs in Charlotte where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.
This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.
Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
- Previous experience working with equipment, construction, warehouse, or outdoor labor is helpful but not required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
- Assist service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel with daily operations
- Clean, power wash, inspect, and prepare rental equipment for customer use
- Load and unload equipment from trucks and assist with deliveries and returns
