Location: Statesville, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Job Type: Long-term, temp-to-hire

Position Summary

Kelly® is seeking a dependable Bilingual Warehouse Associate for a hands‑on warehouse and assembly opportunity in Statesville, NC. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and able to help communicate daily instructions to Spanish‑speaking team members.

This position involves assembling retail display products, moving materials, using basic hand tools, and standing throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble retail display products according to instructions
• Use basic hand tools, including drills and screwdrivers
• Move materials and completed products throughout the work area
• Assist with packing, staging, and general warehouse duties
• Help communicate work instructions in English and Spanish
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous warehouse, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Able to stand and remain active throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
• Able to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
