City Electric Supply - - Responsibilities:
Manage and perform activities of employees engaged in loading/unloading, selecting, packing, shipping, receiving, and transporting merchandise with efficient, accurate, timely customer service;
Oversee interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluation of warehouse employees; plan, assign, direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline;
Provide and utilize performance and status reports (pull times, safety, inventory, equipment maintenance, security, cycle counts);
Operate and maneuver material handling equipment per manufacturers’ instructions;
Maintain orderly, clean warehouse; follow safety procedures; conduct daily safety inspections and LEAN practices
