The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, material handling, and general warehouse organization. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role that requires regular lifting, palletizing, loading and unloading trucks, and working both indoors and outdoors.
The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, safety‑conscious, and willing to learn. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as an active member of the warehouse team.
Job Responsibilities- Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
- Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles.
- Palletize, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory, and returns activities as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse and work area.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
- Assist with material handling and general warehouse support as needed.
- Learn product information and warehouse processes necessary to perform assigned duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support changing operational needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, material handling, delivery, or related operations preferred.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification; certification will be provided.
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, palletizing, loading, unloading, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to actively participate and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not air‑conditioned.
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday. - Available shifts: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
- The indoor warehouse area is not climate‑controlled.
- Interview process includes an initial phone screen followed by an in‑person interview with the Hiring Manager.
