Warehouse Technician

A growing industrial equipment and process solutions company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join their team. • Handle shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and matching purchase orders to sales orders
• Read and interpret orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or shipped
• Move materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas
• Sort and organize materials on racks and shelves according to product code
• Operate a forklift and, when needed, drive a company vehicle
• Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for associates and visitors
• Label and mark materials using appropriate identification methods
• Support day-to-day facility needs and coordinate with vendors as needed

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds regularly
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with solid written and verbal communication skills
