Employ Bridge is in search of a Warehouse Lead!

• Shift: 9:30am – 6pm
• Pay: $20/hr, temp to hire role

  Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Lead is a hands-on working lead responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations in a small, event supply facility. This role supports order picking, packaging, inventory movement, and outbound shipments – while also guiding a small team, maintaining workflow, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The Lead will use Apple devices to manage orders and ensure iPads and event materials are prepared and shipped correctly.

• Daily Workflow Coordination
  - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure orders are completed on time
• Hands-On Order Picking
  - Pick, pack, and prepare event supply orders using Apple products for order details
• Team Leadership
  - Keep a small team on task, provide direction, and support productivity
• Time & Attendance Tracking
  - Monitor lunches, breaks, and daily hours; communicate discrepancies
• Inventory Support
  - Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and maintain organized storage areas
• Communication
  - Coordinate with management on order status, staffing needs, and workflow issues

• 1-3 years warehouse experience, including picking/packing
• Prior experience in lead role
• Comfortable using Apple products for order processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and maintain pace in a small-team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to hold others accountable professionally
