Practice Manager

At Balanced, we help people change how they relate to their bodies—moving from reactive to intentional care so they live with confidence, capability, and ease. We're looking for a Practice Manager to own the operational and financial engine that makes that possible.

This is a hands‑on, in‑office leadership role. You'll own outcomes, not just tasks—with the authority and the metrics to run a tight, accountable operation.

• Revenue cycle integrity: billing, denial appeals, payment reconciliation, and recovering revenue that would otherwise be lost
• Credentialing, payer contracts, and compliance (PCI, CAQH, payer directories)—the high‑consequence work that keeps us running
• Daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, and a practice that runs on time
• Team accountability: coordinating staff, holding standards, keeping the day on track
• Front‑end accuracy and insurance verification that prevent problems before they start

• Proven experience running a medical, dental, or clinical practice
• Direct insurance billing and revenue‑cycle experience—claims, denials, reconciliation (core, not optional)
• A natural operator who holds people accountable without drama
• Fast, independent learner on new systems (we use Jane and Quick Books)
• Genuinely energized by where we're going, including our longevity and diagnostics work

Nice to have: Jane/Quick Books familiarity; credentialing or CAQH experience; cash‑pay or membership‑model exposure.

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus tied to revenue recovery and results.
