Senior Tax Accountant (CPA)

McCallum & Kudravetz, P.C. is a Charlottesville law firm, established in 1982, where attorneys and CPAs collaborate across Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business Law, and Taxation practice areas. We're growing our Tax Department and looking for an experienced CPA to join us as a Senior Tax Accountant.

You’ll prepare and review federal and state returns for our individual, trust and estate, and business clients; research and resolve tax issues; and help guide year-round planning. • Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate returns (federal and state).
• Review staff-prepared returns and provide technical guidance.
• Research tax questions and support planning across the firm's practice areas.
• Work directly with clients.

• Active CPA license and 3–5 years of relevant tax experience.
• Experience across individual, trust, and business returns; review experience preferred.
• Strong federal and Virginia tax knowledge and a detail-oriented, self-motivated approach.
