Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
  • Support appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff or practitioners
  • Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns efficiently and courteously
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and filing tasks
  • Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
