About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Client Services Coordinator who thrives on providing top‑notch support to brokers and clients alike. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional support to a team of brokers, manage projects, execute marketing campaigns, and handle transaction administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Balance multiple activities and projects for multiple team members while tracking action items.
- Provide general administrative support, including organizing marketing distribution, maintaining the office, and editing documents.
- Participate in the management and coordination of transaction and due‑diligence processes, entering deal sheets and submitting trade records.
- Execute marketing campaigns: schedule campaigns, maintain mailing lists, run campaign reports, create flyers, and update project changes.
- Update brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites.
- Monitor competitor research and collect data, liaising with appropriate departments for company, title searches, and property particulars.
- Prepare lease and sales comparables, survey availabilities, coordinate market reports, and perform basic comparative analyses.
- Assist in developing pitches and presentations for a range of clients and brokers, gathering maps, surveys, and research.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, and handle stressful situations with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Self‑starter, team player, and strong attention to detail.
Location Specific:
Charlottesville, VA
Approximate hourly compensation range: $28.45 to $33.65 USD.
