Roles and Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Produce and distribute correspondence, letters, faxes, and forms. Provide information by answering questions and requests from clients and colleagues. Maintain both computer and manual filing systems to ensure easy access to information. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care. Respond to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries in a timely manner. Review applications for accuracy and completeness.

Enter application data into the enrollment database and run reports based on applications received.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Proficient in MS Office.
