Your focus:
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage the shop's operations smoothly.

• Guide the service team to maximize sales and ensure top-notch customer visits.
• Spend most of your time at the front counter, hands-on with sales.
• Streamline production workflows for better efficiency.
• Boost sales and profits by reviewing reports, spotting opportunities, and taking action.
• Develop your team with training and career growth chances.
• Keep communication open—share goals, sales info, and updates with everyone.

• 2+ years in automotive.
• 5+ years in sales.
• Management experience in retail or similar.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent sales abilities.
• Solid integrity, both professional and personal.

• General car operations and maintenance.
• Oil changes, brakes, tires, exhaust, electrical services.
• Fluid flushes, tune-ups, state inspections, suspensions.
• Shocks, struts, steering, transmissions.
