Flow Hyundai of Charlottesville is interviewing for top sales consultants, from any field, with a desire for a career rather than a job. We are an organization dedicated to providing exemplary service and creating lifelong, enthusiastic customers.

Sales consultants are guaranteed a base salary of $40,000 per year, with unlimited opportunity for commission under our competitive commission-based pay plan (commission vs. draw structure). We offer an awesome 5‑day work week with great benefits. All pre‑owned vehicles are sold using a value‑based, no‑haggle pricing system. All are fully reconditioned by our dealership, offer a 100,000‑mile warranty, and are accompanied by a CARFAX vehicle history report.

We provide ongoing training, future career opportunities, and promote from within our company. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other technical training as needed. Sales consultants will attend and successfully complete manufacturer training and certification as required by Flow Companies.
