Seasonal - Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Charlottesville Airport

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Full‑Time Automotive Detailer at our Charlottesville Airport location (100 Bowen Loop, Charlottesville, VA 22911). Pay is $17 per hour based on a 40‑hour workweek. This is a seasonal position and cannot exceed 180 days of service.

• Sunday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Thursday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Friday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level, warning lights, and windshield damage; reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
• Verify registration, license plate, and any customer items; place items of value in Lost & Found.
• Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles for rental.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report warnings or damage; remove vehicle from prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed, including transporting them to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning of interior and exterior branch locations.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Maintain a regular, reliable attendance and punctuality record.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years (no more than eight points total).
• No drug or alcohol related violation on your driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employer sponsorship for work authorization.
• Seasonal employees may work up to 180 days during a defined season.
