We’re seeking someone who is great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, and can multi-task effectively. Rainbow Restoration serves customers who have experienced fire and water damage and aims to help them recover. Rainbow is a fast-paced, growth-oriented company in Virginia and is looking to add qualified individuals to its team.

• Answer phones and handle incoming calls
• Greet visitors to the company
• Complete inner-office documentation accurately
• Assist in collection of accounts receivable
• Maintain timely communication of information with technicians, service providers, and estimators

• 1-2 years+ of office-related experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn new software
