- Supporting game day operations, events, and community initiatives.
- Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
- Contributing to content creation for digital platforms and promotional materials.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Representing Charlottesville Blues FC professionally at all times.
- Current student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in the sports industry.
- A desire and passion to succeed.
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Availability to commit to a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, as required by specific roles and events.
