• Assisting various departments with day‑to‑day tasks and special projects.
• Supporting game day operations, events, and community initiatives.
• Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
• Contributing to content creation for digital platforms and promotional materials.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Representing Charlottesville Blues FC professionally at all times.

• Current student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in the sports industry.
• A desire and passion to succeed.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Availability to commit to a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, as required by specific roles and events.
• Passion for soccer and community engagement is a plus.
