WhatYou'll Do
Command Operations: Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and dispatch technicians using industry-leading software (Service Titan).
Champion Customer Happiness: Be the welcoming voice on incoming calls, execute "Happy Calls," and build long-term relationships that drive trust and agreement renewals.
Empower Field Techs: Keep our technicians supplied, informed, and equipped for seamless job execution and high productivity.
Drive Business Growth: Partner with sales coordinators on equipment leads, manage non-stock part orders, and spot system repair and enhancement opportunities.
Keep Quality High: Ensure accurate job documentation, support commercial and demand service calls, and step up with field support whenever needed.

What Brings You SuccessExperience: Background in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or administration (HVAC or home services experience is a big plus).
