Compensation
Hourly wage: $20 per hour
Now Hiring:Flexible In‑Home Childcare Provider (Full-Time & Part-Time | Mon–Fri, As Needed)
Are you passionate about caring for children and creating a safe, nurturing environment right in their home? Our team is growing, and we’re looking for warm, reliable, and energetic caregivers to provide in‑home childcare for families Monday–Friday, on an as‑needed basis

We support families with all age groups
, from infants to school‑aged children, offering both full-time and part‑time opportunities.
- Provide attentive, high‑quality care in the family’s home
- Engage children in age‑appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
- Support daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime
- Communicate effectively with families and our team
- Experience working with children of various ages
- Dependable, professional, and nurturing personality
- Ability to adapt to flexible, as‑needed schedules
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean background check
- Consistent weekday opportunities
- Ability to choose full‑time or part‑time schedules
- Supportive team and ongoing guidance
