Framing Foreman

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Steel Stud Framer Foreman in Charlotteville VA!

Work will start on 2/16/26. Pay rate is $29-34 per hour. This is full-time work!

Foreman Duties:
-The Metal Stud Framing Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising a team of framers in the construction of metal stud walls and structures.
-This role includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing framing projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
-The foreman's duties and responsibilities encompass reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and specifications, planning and scheduling daily activities, coordinating material deliveries, and managing inventory.
-They also communicate with the project manager, other trades, and team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
-The foreman is accountable for promoting and enforcing a safe work environment, following OSHA and company safety regulations, and ensuring a safe work environment for all employees by following safety protocols, identifying and correcting or reporting safety risks, and maintaining a job site free from debris, clutter, and hazards.

We are looking for experienced Steel Stud Framers to join our team. Ideal candidates should have experience with:
-Interior and exterior metal stud framing
-Reading and interpreting blueprints
-Installing track, studs, blocking, sheathing, and backing
-Using hand and power tools safely
-Working efficiently in a fast-paced commercial construction environment
