Role Description

This full-time, on-site Project Manager position is based in Charlottesville, VA. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordinate construction schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities also include managing communication with stakeholders, inspecting work progress, supervising subcontractors, expediting project deliverables, and resolving challenges to maintain efficient timelines and outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong competencies in Project Management, with the ability to oversee project execution and manage resources effectively.
  • Experience in Expediting and logistical coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Proficiency in conducting on-site Inspections and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management to optimize operations and maintain project efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in construction project management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with industry software and tools, such as project management platforms, is a plus.
