What You'll Do:

* Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

* Read and apply construction plans and specs.

* Keep everything safe and compliant.

* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.

* Report progress to the project leader.

What You Need:

* Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering

* 5 years of commercial construction experience (concrete and rebar experience is a plus)

* Valid Virginia Driver's License

* Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Skills We Love:

* Knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools

* Math whiz (arithmetic, algebra, geometry)

* Blueprint reading skills

* Top-notch communication and problem-solving abilities

* Tech-savvy (Procore knowledge is a plus)

* Strong safety focus (CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30 certifications)
