This position is Construction Field Manager. Responsible for overseeing scheduling, coordination, and execution of residential drywall and paint projects across multiple sites. Works closely with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and job‑site resources
• Schedule and manage project timelines from start to completion
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are metHelp maintain project budgets and production efficiency

• Manage subcontractors, field crews, and daily site operations
• Assign responsibilities and monitor work performance
• Provide leadership, support, and problem‑solving on job sites
• Maintain productive working relationships with crews and clients

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship
• Ensure projects meet company and customer expectations
• Enforce safety standards and job‑site compliance
• Identify and resolve issues quickly and professionally

• Communicate effectively with builders, clients, crews, and management
• Coordinate workflow between multiple projects and trades
• Maintain organized project updates and documentation
• Support efficient project execution from start to finish

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds and perform physical job‑site duties

• Previous experience in field supervision, construction coordination, or project management
• Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and job‑site operations
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
