A growing civil construction contractor in Charlottesville, Virginia, is seeking qualified candidates for construction site positions. Applicants should have experience operating heavy equipment such as Trackhoes, Backhoes, and Dozers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be able to lift 60lbs, and demonstrate leadership skills. Candidates must be Virginia residents, pass drug screenings, and be available for some Saturday work.

Additional experience in concrete and pipe laying is preferred.
