Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Oversee quality control and safety measures on job sites
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and team members

Required Skills:

• Experience with metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and industrial construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of pre-construction processes, change orders, and scope development
• Strong project management skills with a focus on construction supervision
• Proficiency in Prolog, Bluebeam, and construction documentation

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with tenant improvements and multi-family construction
• Familiarity with construction management software

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
