Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, subcontract management, procurement, and change orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within Heavy Civil, Civil Infrastructure, or Site Development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strong financial performance.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working on DOT, municipal, commercial site development, utilities, roadway, grading, or related civil projects is highly desirable.
