Customer Service Representative
Beck Cohen is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming voice of our company. In this role you will support our customers by ensuring their needs are met with care, professionalism, and efficiency.
What You’ll DoCustomer Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Actively listen to customer concerns, inquiries, and service needs with empathy and professionalism
- Clearly communicate information on services, pricing, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
Problem Solving & Resolution
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, aiming for first‑contact resolution
- Collaborate with technicians and team members on more complex service concerns
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system, Service Titan
- Process service orders with attention to detail
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Relationship Building
- Cultivate strong relationships that promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct follow‑up communications to ensure service success
- Proactively inform customers of service updates, promotions, and new offerings
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
- Proficient in using computers and CRM platforms (Service Titan experience is preferred but training is available)
- Detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
- A team player with a positive, problem‑solving attitude
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
