Box Office Representative​/Ticket Seller

Legends -  - Responsibilities:
Process ticket sales at the box office window;
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance; able to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance;
Collecting and accurately reporting on all payments that have been received/generated;
Resolve customer ticket-related issues (transfers, barcodes, account issues, mobile ticketing education, etc.) by researching ticketing accounts in assistance with a ticketing supervisor if needed;
Becomes knowledgeable about each event; efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating, etc.
