Position Summary
Join Micro Aire as a Customer Service Representative and play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery—and beyond.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a key point of contact for domestic customers and sales reps, handling a wide range of inquiries and service needs.
- Process and track customer orders, demo/sample requests, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Manage service requests and coordinate loaner equipment when needed.
- Support returns for credit and assist with repair‑related transactions.
- Set up new customer accounts by researching and entering accurate data.
- Respond to inquiries related to pricing, shipping, GPOs, product details, and financing options.
- Assist with insurance certificate requests and process inbound sales leads.
- Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Train customers and sales reps on website navigation and provide product education, including cleaning and sterilization best practices.
- Cross‑reference competitive products to Micro Aire solutions.
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree a plus.
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or high‑volume environment preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proven ability to resolve complex or challenging situations while exceeding customer expectations.
