Position Summary

Join Micro Aire as a Customer Service Representative and play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery—and beyond.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a key point of contact for domestic customers and sales reps, handling a wide range of inquiries and service needs.
  • Process and track customer orders, demo/sample requests, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Manage service requests and coordinate loaner equipment when needed.
  • Support returns for credit and assist with repair‑related transactions.
  • Set up new customer accounts by researching and entering accurate data.
  • Respond to inquiries related to pricing, shipping, GPOs, product details, and financing options.
  • Assist with insurance certificate requests and process inbound sales leads.
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
  • Train customers and sales reps on website navigation and provide product education, including cleaning and sterilization best practices.
  • Cross‑reference competitive products to Micro Aire solutions.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree a plus.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or high‑volume environment preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to resolve complex or challenging situations while exceeding customer expectations.
