** Customer Service Representative
** and play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery—and beyond.
** What You’ll Do
*** Serve as a key point of contact for domestic customers and sales reps, handling a wide range of inquiries and service needs
* Process and track customer orders, demo/sample requests, and ensure timely, accurate delivery
* Manage service requests and coordinate loaner equipment when needed
* Support returns for credit and assist with repair-related transactions
* Set up new customer accounts by researching and entering accurate data
* Respond to inquiries related to pricing, shipping, GPOs, product details, and financing options
* Assist with insurance certificate requests and process inbound sales leads
* Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoicing discrepancies
* Train customers and sales reps on website navigation and provide product education, including cleaning and sterilization best practices
* Cross-reference competitive products to Micro Aire solutions
** What We’re Looking For
*** High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree a plus
* 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Proven ability to resolve complex or challenging situations while exceeding customer expectations
