Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and retain customers: Answer phone calls with a smile, book estimates and cleans for valued customers, and celebrate milestones as a team.
  • Communicate with customers and leads: Engage in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, showing care for their homes and building connections.
  • Promote our culture and team: Embrace teamwork and inspire a positive attitude among colleagues.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Identify and assess customer needs via phone, email, and other channels, resolve concerns cheerfully, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Benefits & Pay

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly. Use our proven sales process to reach weekly and monthly targets and earn even more with attractive incentives.

  • Earn paid time off weekly, up to 10 days per year.

  • You are comfortable with a computer and technology, especially Microsoft Office.

Job Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required.
