A locally owned and nationally recognized Printing, Signage and Marketing Services company in the Charlottesville, Va market is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative and Project Estimator.

Job Summary:
Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility Overview:

• Provide service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email.
• Generate project cost estimates for new inquiries and repeat customers
• Help the customer by identifying their requirements and providing the services and products that best meet their needs.
• Show expertise by communicating with the customer about our products, services, and capabilities.
• Ensure that all their requirements are met for their unique projects.

• Cat Lover -- we have 5 Feline Supervisors at our shop

Skills desired, but not required:

• Previous experience in project estimating
• Printing and signage experience
• Understanding of direct mail and automated marketing
• Experience with Print Smith or Printers Plan or Sales Force software platforms
