Here, your expertise is rewarded not just with a seat at the table, but with a culture that respects your time and invests in your trajectory toward senior firm leadership.

Core Responsibilities

  • BIM Leadership:
Architect high-fidelity, fully coordinated Revit models and construction documentation sets, ensuring seamless integration across all disciplines.
  • Project Governance:
Manage complex workflows for renovations, additions, and new construction, maintaining rigorous quality control and code compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic

    Collaboration:

Act as the primary technical liaison between project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve intricate design challenges.
  • Mentorship & Growth:
Elevate the firm's collective talent by providing technical guidance and design mentorship to junior architectural staff.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
Direct communication with clients and contractors to ensure project milestones are met with precision and transparency.
  • Industry Innovation:
Stay at the forefront of sustainable design trends and building code evolutions to ensure the firm remains a regional leader in AEC best practices.

Required Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
  • Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of progressive architectural experience with a proven track record in technical project delivery.

Expert-level command of Revit for complex modeling, detailing, and project coordination.
  • Technical Expertise:
Comprehensive understanding of building systems, materials, and IBC/local building codes.

Preferred Qualifications

Active AIA licensure or a clear path to imminent registration.
  • Sector

    Experience:

Specific expertise in K–12 Educational facilities or high-end commercial office projects.
