Responsibilities
- Produce 3D models for interviews, client presentations, and in-house designdevelopment
- Support the creation of presentation-level renderings and animations for clientreview
- Create custom materials and model unique assets asrequiredperproject
- Communicate proactively with multiple project teams ina timelyand effective manner
- Activelyparticipatein rendering reviews and respond well to feedback
- Effectively manage time between multiple projects
- Help organize andmaintainthe firm’s 3D and 2D assetlibraries
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Design
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of Architecture or Design
- Experience with AI image-to-image and/or image-to-video generation models like Google Gemini (Nano Banana), Chat GPT Image 2.0, Flux, etc. are strongly encouraged.
- Strong design and technical skills
- Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills
- Competence in working within a collaborative design environment
- Ability to work independently to carry out instructions with intermittent input and supervision
- Strong working knowledge of Sketch Up and Photoshop
- Experience with Revit, Enscape, and Lumion strongly encouraged
- Experience with additional 3D modeling applications (Rhino, Blender, 3ds Max, etc.), as well as Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of effective image composition and lighting
- Strong knowledge of post-production techniques in Adobe Photoshop
- Creative, organized, communicative, responsible, and team-oriented
- Possess an ongoing commitment to improving one’s craft of a wide range oftasks
- Interest inparticipatingin forums outside one’s assigned work that will enhance your knowledge of architectural visualization and keep you informed of the latest developments in relevant technologies
- Enthusiasm for continued growth and learning
