Open Rank Faculty, Gastroenterology – Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
On‑site, Academic/Research position.
The Department of Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Virginia seeks candidates for a tenure‑eligible Open Rank (Assistant, Associate, Professor) to join a team of experienced Gastroenterology physicians at the University Medical Center. The incumbent will have a commitment to clinical care and scholarly activity.
- Manage patients in clinic
- Perform routine endoscopic procedures
- Attend on the inpatient GI service
- Participate in ongoing clinical research
- Assist with teaching of fellows and residents
Rank and tenure status are dependent upon qualifications.
